Description

As a Food Assembly Helper, you will report to the Food Assembly Supervisor and will play a vital role in the DO&CO operation.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing the tray assembly line, handling food items, and setting up trays in adherence to Airline standards.

Additionally, you will assembly food items for various meal categories, such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our products maintain the highest standards of quality, organization, and efficiency in line with client specifications.

A day as Food Assembly Helper:

  • Pulls and stacks products based on daily orders
  • Monitors product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issue
  • Inspects items and executes inventory as assigned
  • Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications
  • Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight at all times
  • Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly
