The Evangelical Association for Youth Social Work in Frankfurt am Main e.
V. is a non-profit organization providing youth services in Frankfurt am Main and Offenbach am Main.

Our main areas of focus include open children and youth work, youth counseling, migration services, youth welfare and school, extended school care and all-day programs, youth vocational assistance, as well as inpatient and outpatient youth services.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personnel, organizational and pedagogical management of the facility with a perspective of 60 places
  • Planning of activities in the afterschool care and daily pedagogical work together with your colleagues
  • Development and implementation of the (child protection) concept in daily operations
  • Concept development, updating and evaluation
  • First point of contact for cooperation with parents

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy or a comparable field or completed training as a staterecognized educator with several years of professional experience as a pedagogical specialist
  • Proficiency in current MS Office programs and basic accounting operations
  • Several years of experience and knowledge in working with children in primary school age
  • Strong commitment to the wellbeing of children and ensuring a reliable and childfriendly care, education and leisure activities
  • Interest in working inclusively and participatively
  • Commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, personnel management skills and assertiveness
  • Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities
