- Grow FrontRanges investor base by identifying prospects and developing new investor relationships
- Oversee tracking of activity and ongoing outreach in CRM
- Manage day-to-day operations by overseeing, growing, and mentoring the Investor Relations & Fundraising team
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including offering presentations, private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, consultant-specific questionnaires, and other deliverables
- Oversee project management of investor event planning and materials
- Respond to investor questions and requests
- Interface with other FrontRange teams in preparation of investor-facing deliverables
- Travel to conferences and coordinate investor meetings
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
- 5+ years of capital raising or investor relations experience within alternative asset classes (real estate, private equity, hedge funds, private wealth management, etc.)
- Client/customer service-oriented approach geared towards exceeding investor expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically, including the ability to discuss financial concepts fluently
- Organized and process-driven individual who delivers timely and accurate results
- Passionate, highly motivated individual with a track record of working well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

About the Role:
Starting Salary Range: $160,000-$200,000 (plus annual bonus eligibility)
As a leader within our Investor Relations & Fundraising team, you will be responsible for executing a sales/relationship-driven strategy with new and existing investors across FrontRanges real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships and extensive investor-facing experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality and will have a demonstrated ability to lead a team. This role will report to the Co-Head of Capital Markets.
