    Position: Vice President, Investor Relations & Fundraising

    Location: 255 Fillmore Street, Denver, CO (Cherry Creek North)

    About the Role:

    Starting Salary Range: $160,000-$200,000 (plus annual bonus eligibility)

    As a leader within our Investor Relations & Fundraising team, you will be responsible for executing a sales/relationship-driven strategy with new and existing investors across FrontRanges real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships and extensive investor-facing experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality and will have a demonstrated ability to lead a team. This role will report to the Co-Head of Capital Markets.

    Specific Responsibilities of the Position:

    • Grow FrontRanges investor base by identifying prospects and developing new investor relationships
    • Oversee tracking of activity and ongoing outreach in CRM
    • Manage day-to-day operations by overseeing, growing, and mentoring the Investor Relations & Fundraising team
    • Create and maintain marketing materials, including offering presentations, private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, consultant-specific questionnaires, and other deliverables
    • Oversee project management of investor event planning and materials
    • Respond to investor questions and requests
    • Interface with other FrontRange teams in preparation of investor-facing deliverables
    • Travel to conferences and coordinate investor meetings

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
    • 5+ years of capital raising or investor relations experience within alternative asset classes (real estate, private equity, hedge funds, private wealth management, etc.)
    • Client/customer service-oriented approach geared towards exceeding investor expectations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail
    • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically, including the ability to discuss financial concepts fluently
    • Organized and process-driven individual who delivers timely and accurate results
    • Passionate, highly motivated individual with a track record of working well as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
