Description
We are a medium-sized company with 22 employees located in Glencoe, MN. Our main focus is the production of wire bending parts with diameters ranging from 2-10mm. We use various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and spring steel. In addition, we also process flat materials. While we do occasionally use welding techniques, our main method of production is CNC bending.

We are currently looking to expand our team, which currently operates on a 2-shift system but can be extended to 3 shifts if needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring machines and equipment in accordance with production orders and instructions from shift leaders
  • Independently logging in and out of the PC production management system with personal and order numbers
  • Conducting inspections and checks to ensure quality standards are met, as well as following production orders and process control cards
  • Packaging/bundling wire bending parts, labeling, and preparing for shipment
  • Loading wire bending parts into welding fixtures for the welding robot

Qualifications:

  • Completed secondary education
  • Experience in production
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and own car preferred
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proactive, goaloriented, and able to work independently
  • Qualityconscious (careful execution of quality controls)
  • Able to work with precision and attention to detail, physically fit and enduring
