Eagle Management is seeking an experienced
Property Manager.

The Abbey Apartments at Four Lakes in Lisle, IL is a 200-unit, class B+ property on a beautiful, scenic campus with easy access to parks, restaurants, shopping, and recreation.

The property manager will report to the regional manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, supervising staff, and all aspects of tenant relations.

Salary:
$65,000 per year


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the property.
• Rent collection, delinquency collection, and evictions.
• Communicate important information to tenants and address daytoday tenant concerns.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records.
• Assess, train, evaluate, and supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
• All other related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

property management experience REQUIRED (or 1 year assistant property management and 1 or more years of property management).

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong understanding of applicable federal and state laws, guidelines, fair housing regulations, and best practices of property management.
• A working knowledge of computers and property management software including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Some accounting and the ability to read resident ledgers.
• Capable of working independently with mínimal or no supervision.
• Highly organized with excellent business sense and the ability to multitask.

Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
