While insurance experience is beneficial, it is not required. We value individuals who bring fresh perspectives and a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

Sales Excellence: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients and expand existing relationships.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and build a strong local network.
Leadership Development: As a member of a smaller team, there is potential for this role to grow into a leadership position within the firm. Take initiative in shaping the future of the agency and contribute to its success.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Leadership Aspirations: Desire to grow into a leadership position within a smaller organization and contribute to its overall success.
Community-

Centric Mindset:
A passion for being actively involved in the local community and building strong relationships.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, nimble environment and contribute to positive organizational change.
Insurance Knowledge (preferred): While not required, previous experience or familiarity with commercial insurance is a plus. Assistance towards licensing will be provided.
