We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business. You will assist the Manager in overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operations

Provide guidance and support to team members

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

Train new employees on company policies and procedures

Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing employee time-off requests

Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies to improve sales performance

Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail management role is preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation

Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers

Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay:
$38, $43,000.00 per year
