    Lecturer - Industrial Engineering

    Description:
    The Department of Industrial Engineering at Clemson University is seeking enthusiastic individuals for multiple full-time, non-tenure-track faculty positions as Lecturers. The ideal candidate will excel in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in industrial engineering, focusing on areas such as supply chain/logistics, manufacturing and service systems, systems modeling, operations research, and human factors/ergonomics. In addition, there will be opportunities to contribute to the Master of Engineering (MEng) online programs. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to innovative teaching methods and be actively involved in mentoring students and academic activities both internally and externally.

    • An earned doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred
    • Proven teaching effectiveness is required
    • Expected teaching load of 21 credits over a 12-month period
    • The department is expanding its faculty members and student population
    Qualifications:
    An earned doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the university level is expected.
