We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in our commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will assist clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must.

    This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.

    Join our team, and we'll provide you with continuous in-person training seminars, mentoring, and coaching. We include administrative support, social media management, and marketing materials. The salary is all commission and can be a great career for someone with the right sales skill sets willing to invest in our proven techniques.     Compensation:

    $120,000 at plan yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
    • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
    • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients
    • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential

    • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
    • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
    • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
    • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
