Description
Our client is a specialized contact center provider for communication, consultation, and back-office tasks in the insurance and financial services industry, located in Marion Center, PA.
To expand their team, our client is seeking Call Center Agents, Customer Service Agents, and employees with experience in the insurance industry.

What you will do:
- Telephone consultation for existing and potential customers in the travel insurance sector
- Expert advice on products, contracts, and insurance terms
- Processing and forwarding of customer inquiries, including written communication via email and mail
- Proficient use of various software programs while handling phone calls
What you bring:
- Experience in telephone customer service
- Preferably experience in the insurance industry, but not mandatory
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
