    Description

    *The Behavioral Health Technician supports the residential milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.
    *Full-time (3 Shifts per week) & Part-time (2 Shifts per week)_
    _12-hour shifts_
    *Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support to residents at mealtimes and snacks

    • Supports residents during structured outings and recreation
    • Monitors and documents exercise
    • Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed
    *High school diploma or GED required

    • Mental health experience preferred
    • Previous direct mental health experience preferred

    • As a national leader in the treatment of eating disorders, we are committed to providing our staff with a robust clinical education. That's why we are an affiliate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and have a team dedicated to developing and providing ongoing education with in-house CE credit opportunities through webinars and in-person events. In addition, we will soon be launching a certification program for our Behavioral Health Technicians
