We are currently seeking a new team member to join our People & Culture team at North Creek. As a Junior HR Representative, you will primarily focus on coordinating training and development programs for our employees.

You will be part of a motivated and dynamic team with opportunities for growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our apprentices in both commercial and industrial fields throughout their journey with our company, as well as organizing training and development opportunities for our employees.

Your tasks will include:

• Being the main point of contact for our apprentices and employees regarding payroll, certificates, forms, work clothing, etc.
• Being responsible for recruiting and selecting apprentices in close collaboration with the trainer and relevant departments, and ensuring a successful onboarding process
• Coordinating training-related content and conducting training measures (scheduling, feedback discussions, workshops, compliance with labor and youth protection laws, internal training activities, etc.)
• Ensuring the continuous qualitative and quantitative development of our apprenticeship program and participating in the organization of suitable marketing measures for our target group
