We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for a well-known company in the automotive industry in Herzogenaurach.

Your tasks:

Commercial support of a defined sales area/key accounts for OES in the automotive sector with a focus on Europe
According to current process guidelines (QM manual), record customer inquiries, prepare and follow up on customerspecific offers
Maintaining contact with key accounts, as well as leading, supporting, documenting and following up on customer meetings
Processing and maintaining customer portals
Maintaining an internal network with OE sales, the global KAM organization (GKAM) and relevant departments (e.g. plants, branches, packaging technology, logistics)
Supporting the KAM in preparing price negotiations with OES customers and in planning/coordinating plant visits by OEMs
Implementation of customerspecific requirements to optimize the customer portfolio (e.g. delivery/packaging quantities, minimum order quantities, multiyear volumes, elimination of loss makers, EOP dates, end stocking/elimination of spare parts). Support in initiating spare part solutions for packaging, kitting, new business)
Conducting budget planning for the specific customer base/part spectrum and continuously updating changes throughout the year
