    Job Description Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to do full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing and hiring great employees.

    A successful TAS will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will learn to attract candidates using various job posting platforms, social media networks and employee referrals.

    Ultimately, the responsibilities of the TAS are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

    Opportunities for advancementComprehensive trainingOn-Site gymDog-friendly work placeResponsibilitiesPost jobs to job boards and intake new applicantsScreen candidate resumes and schedule/perform 30-40 screening calls per weekSchedule in-person interviews with hiring managersAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment processMaintain strong organization with candidates in the pipeline and promptly update statuses in our Applicant Tracking SystemHandle all necessary ongoing communications with candidates (ie. sending interview confirmations, scheduling additional interview rounds, and sending offer letters)Ensure candidates sign offer letters, complete background checks, and submit I-9 documentationMaintain strong relationships with employees and act as ongoing support for them throughout their careersCollaborate with division managers on the planning and execution of office needsSalary:
    $55, Incentives (expect $60,000-$70,000 your first year)
