What can you expect?

  • As a project manager, you will be responsible for challenging strategy and implementation projects on-site with the customer. Your tasks include expanding the consulting business and the team.
  • You will develop project and sales documents and be responsible for researching market and project-related topics.
  • You demonstrate uncompromising commitment to the customer's goals, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation using modern development processes.
  • You see independent work, coupled with high motivation and a high standard of quality, as a given.

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or insurance, and have several years of industry and/or consulting experience in the insurance industry with a focus on digital transformation - from strategy to sales to operations - with a strong implementation orientation and extensive project experience.
  • You have proven your technical and process-related know-how in personal and/or property insurance, ideally combined with IT topics.
