Expert for Complaint and Quality Management in Customer Service (m/f/d):

  • Creation and maintenance of a bankwide framework with binding principles and guidelines for complaint handling in the bank
  • Monitoring of guidelines in complaint handling through sample audits and establishment of corresponding key figure systems
  • Creation and submission of the BaFin complaint report
  • Representation of complaint management in decisionmaking bodies of ebase
  • Implementation of control and process initiatives while adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Creation of management reporting on error quantities/rates/causes, analysis results of the specialist department, and effectiveness of measures taken
LI-MA- Completed degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience

  • Ideally experience in the banking or FinTech industry
  • Several years of experience in the field of service and complaint departments, particularly in the area of financial services
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for complaint handling in securities or financial services companies
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of mobile work
