    Golden View Learning Center is a center based only ABA provider currently hiring at both locations in Golden Hill and Oak Park.

    Mission Statement

    To provide effective and ethical treatment in order to help individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder of all ages and developmental levels reach their full potential. To provide programming based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and utilize evidence-based interventions. To provide the highest quality therapy for children we serve and highest level of support for their families.

    Job Description

    We are looking for experienced and energetic certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or (BCat) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to help develop skills in each of our core areas, implement treatment plans conducted by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and collect real-time data during sessions to track progress.

    Benefits

    Paid training and learning materials and toys will be available for in-center use.

    Clinical work in one location without travel.

    Clinical work delivered between the hours of 8am-4pm leading to shorter work days and no evening sessions.

    Instructional materials (e.g., toys, puzzles, reinforcers) provided on site.

    Full-time on site support provided by BCBA.

    Paid on site training for policy and procedures.

    Participation in a group health plan where 50% of employee's plan is funded by Golden View Learning Center, LLC, after 90 days. We offer Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.

    Candidate Program

    BCBA fieldwork experience and supervision provided by a BCBA.

    Access to online BACB 5th edition task list learning resource.

    Full time and part time (no less than 20 hours/week) positions available.

    Requirements

    Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or higher.

    Must have a valid drivers license.

    Must obtain a CPR certification with an in-person component.

    A background check will be conducted upon hire.

    Monday-Friday 11:30am-4pm

    20-40 hours/week
