Responsibilities:


  • You will advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering) with passion, customer orientation, and expertise.
  • You will perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, and invoicing.
  • You will market our products on various online platforms.
  • You will be in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs.
  • You will actively support customer events.
  • You will maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and provide simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints.
  • You will adhere to national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors and implement them.

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a serviceoriented vocational training (ideally in hospitality & trade, event industry).
  • You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation.
