Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher.

As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching service requests to our team of technicians.

Your ability to effectively communicate and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Dispatch service technicians to customers vehicles based on availability, proximity, and skillset
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and technician activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a dispatcher is preferred
• Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize service requests based on urgency and available resources
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
