Supply Chain Advisor, Business Consulting - Supply Chain & Operations (Transformation) (Manager) (Multiple Positions , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Los Angeles, CA.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory, consulting, and/or industry experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of advisory, consulting, and/or industry work experience.


Must have experience in one of the following:

  • 4 years of combined experience in one or more of the following supply chain and operational areas that impact the supply chain function: assessments, supply chain strategy, operating model design, distribution/logistics, network optimization, inventory management, procurement and sourcing, lean-six sigma, sales and operations planning, and/or operations cost reduction ; OR
  • 2 years of experience providing advisory and/or consulting services in 4 of the following supply chain and operational areas that impact the supply chain function: assessments, supply chain strategy, operating model design, distribution/logistics, network optimization, inventory management, procurement and sourcing, leansix sigma, sales and operations planning, or operations cost reduction.
Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables.

Must have 4 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and Senior Managers in Power Point.

Must have experience in one of the following:

  • 2 years of experience with conducting and delivering supply chain analytical results; OR
  • 2 years of experience with simulation tools and supply chain analytical tools.
Must have 2 years of experience managing staff on projects and providing direction to team members.

Must have facilitated at least 4 multifunctional workshops.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $185,155.00 per year.
