Madera Acres, CA is home to the number one theater in Berlin, the Friedrichstadt-Palast. We are dedicated to providing top-quality entertainment, excellent service, and promoting diversity and mutual respect. Our ensemble consists of over 300 employees from more than 25 different countries. We also offer stage training to 280 children aged seven to 16. Each year, over half a million guests experience the finest modern show entertainment on the world's largest theater stage. Our goal is to become Germany's most guest-friendly theater.

We are currently seeking a dedicated team member for our Operations Office, with a contract period from August 1, 2023 to July 15, 2024 for 30 hours per week.

At our theater, the artistic casting and administration (negotiation and management of artistic matters in the Operations Office) are organized separately.

If you have experience in an Artistic Operations Office (KBB), that would be ideal.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational reporting: obtaining permits for foreign artists, such as visas and residence permits, and registration processes
Creating monthly salary payments for the artistic cast
Organizing travel arrangements
Communicating with other departments within the theater
Drafting contracts under the guidance of the department head
Artist care (for artists and soloists)
