We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) for 80% remote work and regular on-site meetings, with residence in Baden-Württemberg, starting in January 2023.

This position will be responsible for marketing support for our hotel properties, Mönchs Waldhotel in 79355 Unterreichenbach and Hotel Restaurant Rössle in 78183 Hüfingen.

Full-time, part-time, or four-day work week negotiable.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with planning, creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and activities
  • Yield management and rate maintenance
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Coordinating with agencies and service providers
  • Conducting competitive analyses
  • Collaborating on graphic design projects
  • Supporting and contributing to strategic decisions
  • Participating in regular team meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or equivalent experience in the hotel industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • High level of initiative and selfmotivation
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PMS systems, and channel manager software
  • Professional and polished demeanor
