    Senior Brand & Content Performance Manager


    SGE Marketing Services Inc, is an affiliate company of Spring-Green Enterprises parent company of two national franchise brands, Pet Butler and Spring-Green as well as a portfolio of company owned franchises.

    SGE Marketing isseeking a full-time Senior Brand & Content Performance Manager based out of Naperville, IL.This is a

    hybrid


    position with flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week,along with expectations to work three day a week in the Naperville, IL corporate office.

    Position Summary:


    Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Brand and Content Performance Manager is responsible for influencing brand standards, customer facing content strategy, campaign and content management and execution, performance tracking and evaluation, oversee and pro-actively increase customer reviews and responses, as it relates to the Spring-Green and Pet Butler businesses.

    Functional areas of responsibility include, but are not limited

    social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Brand standards, Reviews (Google, Facebook) and content (videos, posts, blogs, stories, etc.)

    Supervisory Responsibilities:


    This position has two direct reports, Content Marketing Manager as well as a Video Marketing Manager as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations.

    The Senior Brand and Content Performance Manager will manage and develop strategic vendor engagements for content.
    Education and/or Experience
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising or related field.
    A strong knack for communication strategy and an eye for the long-term scalability of content decisions.

    Demonstrated successful experience with content marketing creation and distribution including direct mail and/or email copy, press releases, newsletters, social media, presentation creation, and working collaboratively in a team environment.

    Experience working with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements.
    Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.

    Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and with SaaS tools that deliver project management, marketing automation, CRM, and creative design outputs.

    Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
    Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
