We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Create a PO/MOD tracking log
  • Follow up on unsigned PO's, notify PM if there is an issue receiving returned PO's/MODs Timely (unentered PO/MOD affect the PCA)
  • Change Order Budgets entry to be same day or next day. PM are to run PCA report weekly to review project cost and hours
  • Collect and manage various Subcontractor Reports and Records
  • Log, file, slipsheet and print project documents
  • Enter Subcontracts, Modifications and PO's into Spectrum
  • Complete Prequalification's or Client Information packages for Service/Special Projects

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


  • Requires high school diploma and or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in similar type construction environment prefer
  • Demonstrated experience working with construction personnel projects

SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Exposure to Electronic based document management systems for drawings, etc.
  • Ability to accurately enter data and perform mathematical calculations.
  • Able to adjust priorities on short notice, manage interruptions and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to timely meet deadlines and coordinate workloads with Supervisor.
  • Effective communication, grammar, letter writing, organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • Interacts professionally with all company employees and outside persons, such as customers, vendors and professional service providers.
  • Ability to stay focused and work without close supervision.
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
