The Cottages at Clear Lake is a state-of-the-art assisted living facility for those living with Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders.

We are looking for an experienced LVN to be our Director of Resident Services for our memory care community in League City.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the care for our residents living with memory disorders
• Follow physician orders for residents' care
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families
• Documentation, charting and follow up
• Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff
• Pass medications

Requirements:

Must have a LVN license in good standing with the State of Texas and have worked in an assisted living or nursing home environment.

A desire to work with the elderly is a must.

We are looking for qualified LVNs for the following positions:

• Every weekend
• 5 and on call. No weekdays. (Hourly pay starting at $24.00)
