- Deliver skilled nursing care as per your scope of practice and individual competency.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding their illness and care requirements.
- Collaborate with your patient's care teams, including the physician, your supervisor, co-workers, and other medical providers associated with your patient.
- Practice safety and universal precautions, infection control, and utilize appropriate protective equipment for patient and self-protection.
- Engage in NurseCore's educational programs related to your patient population.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in FL
- Current CPR certification following American Heart Association standards
- One year of nursing experience or eligibility for and completion of the Nurse Residency Program
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the past 12 months
- Successful completion of the skills assessment for specific experience areas

Retention Bonus:
Work an average of 20 hours weekly and get a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.
