Job Description Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to work as part of the Redevelopment team assisting in delivering a variety of infrastructure projects that comprise
This is an in-person position at the JFK Redevelopment office at JFK Airport.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists Project Managers in the administration and execution of design and construction
- Assists in maintaining record drawings, project files, test results and reports.
- Assists in the logging, tracking, and processing requests for information, submittals,
- Prepares project progress reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings, conducts preconstruction meetings, and assists in preparing final project closeout documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and 2 years
- In lieu of education, 5 years of relevant experience.
- Construction experience in civil infrastructure projects.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Aviation experience
- BIM/CAD abilities
- Familiar with program management information systems (eBuilder, etc.)
- Project coordination/communications skills
- Fundamentals of Engineering Certified
