Inspection, recording of results, and approval of raw materials (active and inactive) and packaging materials
Inspection and approval of finished products in the final quality control of production
Inspection, approval, and authorization of raw material specifications
Approval and decision on the use of incoming returns (finished products)
Responsibility for complete documentation of test reports
Monitoring of documentation of reserve sample pulls
Documentation of internal deviations and decision-making and implementation of immediate measures, as well as defining further measures (CAPA)
Inspection, booking, monitoring, and documentation of goods to be destroyed
Regular participation in offered trainings and application of learned skills
Familiarity and implementation of currently valid quality-related documents, including SOPs
Assistance with necessary validations of testing procedures
Ensuring quality and GMP compliance according to AMG and AMWHV, taking into account international guidelines
Ensuring that initial and ongoing training of personnel in quality control is conducted according to respective requirements
Handling of deviations regarding the quality of delivered raw
