Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for electropolishing process
- Operate electropolishing equipment following safety guidelines
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the electropolishing process
- Will fill in as a mechanical polisher as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electropolisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electropolishing techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and qualityfocused mindset
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Physical dexterity for handling metal parts
- Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
Pay:
$ $20.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
