Our workforce consists of dedicated individuals committed to working safely and delivering top-notch results to our clients – and we are seeking to add more talent to our team.As the Project Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing awarded project contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will be analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation, planning activities, coordinating project tasks, and communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to resolve issues.
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to meet objectives within set time frames and budgets.
- Establishes work plans, assigns project personnel, and provides technical guidance to resolve issues.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates under pressure, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Prepares estimates based on project documentation and consults with stakeholders to finalize cost factors.
- Manages negotiated contracts, oversees bid proposals, and ensures contract compliance.
- Troubleshoots and resolves production issues, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Adheres to OSHA, EPA, MSHA, DNR, and environmental regulations.
- Holds a valid driver's license and maintains a satisfactory driving record.
- Perform other assigned duties and may require occasional travel.
- Works the typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on results, prior military or intern experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with HCSS software is advantageous.
