Job Overview:
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance
- Manage and optimize processes to ensure quality and costeffectiveness
- Drive business development initiatives to support company growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business objectives
- Conduct strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in operations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners

- Proven experience in process improvement and operations management
- Exceptional project management skills to drive successful initiatives

Fulltime position with up to 75% travel
Pay:
$140,000.00 per year
plus 25% bonus
