What to expect

  • As a dual student (m/f/d), you will acquire scientific knowledge in the field of civil engineering at the Studienakademie in Glauchau
  • You will complete your practical phases on site at our branch in Dresden (including purchasing, technical support) as well as on various construction sites in Saxony
  • Through your practical work in day-to-day operations, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of construction technology
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in the realization of challenging construction projects in the field of civil and road construction
  • In addition, you will acquire knowledge in areas such as scheduling, cost and budget control, personnel planning and management
Your foundation
  • You will complete your (technical) high school diploma by mid-2025 with excellent grades
  • Your favorite subjects include math and technology
  • You have a strong interest in construction-related topics in the field of civil and road construction
  • Ideally, you have some practical experience, e.g. through a vocational training or internships
  • You are organized and persistent
  • You are a team player
