Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team.
As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
This position requires strong customer service skills, cash handling abilities, and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations
- Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
