You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Store Space & Layouting team and continuously develop them through coaching and mentoring.

You are responsible for providing ongoing advice and analytical support to the Senior Category Buyers and Category Buyers, as well as the business and department management, on all issues related to customer-oriented market planning and design in projects and in day-to-day operations.

You are in the thick of it: initiating, conceptualizing, driving forward, and implementing process optimizations in day-to-day operations, as well as further developing location-specific assortment control for Penny.

You create layouts based on consumer knowledge and category expertise, derive recommendations for action in the assortment based on insights from the layout
