Join BINDER as a Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets in your assigned territory.
  • As a competent point of contact for customers, you will handle the following tasks from initial contact to order placement:
  • Communication with customers and prospects, as well as active customer acquisition
  • Preparation of quotes, including clarification of customer requirements in collaboration with the sales team
  • Active follow-up on quotes, order acceptance and processing, up to invoicing in the ERP system (SAP)
  • You will also be responsible for creating and monitoring deals and tickets in the CRM system (HubSpot), as well as processing returns and warranty exchanges.
  • In addition, maintaining master data in the CRM and ERP systems will be part of your responsibilities.

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Previous work experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are also welcome
  • Strong organizational skills and careful work ethic
  • Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative products
  • Enjoyment of customer interaction and confident, professional demeanor
