We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance.

This position will be primarily located in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. on Yardi Iphone App
Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare vacant apartments for movein performing repairs and inspections. This includes but is not limited to moveout/movein inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs,
Respond to emergency calls during oncall rotation.
Preserve the beauty of the buildings and the property through general upkeep and ground maintenance.

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair,
Plumbing License and/or HVAC Certification a plus
Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an oncall rotation.
The ability to lift fifty pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability using various software and apps.
Knowledge of safety measures and precautions to ensure a safe work environment.
Fluent in English
