Tool Mechanic (m/f/d) - specializing in CNC milling and CAM programming for tool and mold making

To successfully master this task, you have the following qualifications:

Successfully completed vocational training as a precision mechanic (specializing in tool technology) or a comparable qualification (requirement: metalworking profession).

  • Extensive professional experience in CNC milling
  • Experience with CAD/CAM programs (preferably PowerMill/VISI)
  • Knowledge of machine controls: Heidenhain, etc.
  • Communication and team skills
  • Quality awareness and reliability

Your tasks at a glance

  • Programming, setting up and operating 3-axis milling centers
  • Creating CAM programs for the production of tool components
  • Continuous optimization of the production process
  • Performing maintenance and repair work
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • Carrying out necessary documentation in the responsible area
