What can you expect?

You will be responsible for support tasks in the 1st and 2nd level area, independently analyzing and solving problems, qualifying tickets for specialist teams, and documenting activities in the ticket system of our clients
You will support the local admin team of our medium-sized clients or take over administration completely with your team
You will support our clients in 1st and 2nd level support with an average of IT seats
You will have full-day appointments with our clients on-site in their internal IT department
