Production Manager for Food Production (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Operational responsibility for the entire IFScertified production site
  • Ensuring, optimizing, and standardizing production processes in terms of quality, delivery capability, and costeffectiveness to achieve company goals
  • Resource planning and ensuring production and storage capacities
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations (HACCP, occupational safety, food defense)
  • Management of the production, warehouse, order center, and quality management departments
  • Leading, developing, and training subordinate employees
  • Creating, analyzing, and issuing production and performance reports
  • Direct reporting to the management
  • Initiating and implementing innovation projects
  • Responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring the budget
