    Coordinates the daily clinical operations of the Multi-Specialty practice. Ensures all physicians are staffed adequately, receives call outs and coordinates coverage for the area. Ensures next day as well as the next week's schedule is completed and updated as needed.

    Assists with training new employees on the EMR, the processes for the provider the employee is assigned to and assists with skills check off.

    Triage calls from patients and cover in areas as needed. Coordinate registration and requirements for MA's to take Registry or Certification tests.

    Perform exam room check offs, procedure logbook check offs, scribe with physicians, assist with diabetes education with patients and represent the Clinic a various marketing venues.

    Minimum Education

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Required Skills

    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    Certifications:
    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) X Required

    Minimum Work Experience

    Five (5) years CMA experience preferred; 15 or more years as a Team Leader preferred
