- Manage a team of environmental services staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cleaning and maintenance needs.
- Handle escalated issues or complaints related to environmental services.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in environmental services or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within environmental services or facilities management.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
