- Preparation of survey documents to support field survey efforts, including control surveys, topographic surveys, aerial surveys, and boundary surveys.

Description
We are looking for a Land Surveyor /Surveying Technician role in our Pleasanton, CA location. Qualified candidates with strong technical abilities and an interest in land development and infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
The Land Surveyor / Surveying Technician primarily works in the office under the general direction of the Field Work Supervisor and office Survey Manager on a wide range of land development and public infrastructure projects including residential, commercial, institutional, mixed-use developments, and public infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
General responsibilities of the Land Surveyor / Surveying Technician include:
Candidate must possess the ability to use and learn technical software, such as AutoCAD Civil3D, Trimble Business Center, Blue Beam, Microsoft Suite, and advanced field surveying equipment software.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $40-55 per hour in the Pleasanton, CA location.
