- Mostly outpatient primary care practice at a Rural Health Clinic seeing 16-20 patients per day
- Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and APPs in a collaborative care model using a Medical Home approach to care
- Full-time is 32 patient contact hours a week

- The critical access hospital (Level III Trauma) and encompasses 72,000 square feet and is undergoing an expansion to double in size
