Internal Medicine - Northern Minnesota Physician driven, multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Internist to join their team Base salary $288,000 with 2-year guarantee Option for 4 or 5-day work week 15 Internal Medicine providers in the group - mentoring available for new graduates Call rotation 2-4 days per month - phone only & only during office hours (no nights, no weekends) Outpatient practice - IM Hospitalist coverage available 24/7 Limited nursing home coverage Point of Care Ultrasound training available & can be used in office Opportunity to teach medical residents, medical students, and APP students, if desired Currently using Allscripts in clinic & Paragon in hospital - transitioning to EPIC this fall Full benefits package offered including health, dental, and vision coverage, STD, LTD, malpractice with tail, 6 weeks PTO, $100,000 sign-on bonus , relocation reimbursement, CME time and allowance, and more Located an hour from Fargo, ND and 2 1/2 hours from Minneapolis Airport offered in Fargo with direct flights to 11 major US cities H1B sponsorship available
