Responsibilities:
- Main lobby operations checkins, checkouts, guest visits and tours, answering general
- Opening and closing of the building, including end of night paperwork and alarming and locking the building.
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Scheduling
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Data entry
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Customer Service: 2 year
Essential Job Functions:

Requirements:
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multiline phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Able to handle dogs on leashes
- Display professional manner at all times
