• Seven physician practice is expanding to meetdemand
• Stable practice founded in 1981 with only physiciandepartures due to death or retirement
• Typical volume is 16 to 20 patients daily
• Group is the sole provider for area hospitals
• Bridgeport hospital is a major Yale teaching hospital andGriffin Hospital is a 185 bed facility with
resident staff
• Call responsibilities will be 1:6 (office ONLY)
• Typical scheduling template is 40 minutes for new patientsand 20 minutes for follow-ups
• Physician ages are diversified from 30 to 70's yearsold
• Practice has its own in-house billing
• Professionally run practice with no spouses or relativesemployed by group
• Sub-specialty not required but areas desired are: EMG andNeurophysiology
• Seeking a mature, motivated and personablecandidate
• 2 offices Stratford and Fairfield, CT perform EMG, EEG, inhouse infusion room
• EMR EPIC CareConnect
• Payer Mix is: 55% Private / 30% Medicare / 5% Self-pay /5% Medicaid & 5% Other
• Well run efficient practice with overhead of ~40%
• All travel is within 10 to 15 minutes
