What do we offer?


When you join Helppy, you will be matched with specific seniors in your neighborhood and build a meaningful connection while regularly helping them.

This bond not only makes your work more fulfilling but also minimizes travel time.

At Helppy, you will start with a salary of 26-39 euros per visit, depending on your qualifications. With more experience, your compensation gradually increases. The compensation consists of an hourly wage of 14-19 euros, with a minimum duration of 1.5 hours per visit.

In addition to the hourly wage, you will also receive a travel allowance of 5 euros on weekdays or 10 euros on Sundays and holidays.

We offer part-time jobs with flexibility and no fixed shifts. You can work as much as you want, from a few hours to a full workweek. You coordinate your working hours with both the assigned seniors and our team. Our app simplifies the scheduling process and ensures easy and uncomplicated management of your schedule.
