Essential Duties:

Receive referrals from the Markham Court House and provide assessment, individual, group, family counseling, and case management services.
Accept referrals that may include youth, and as needed, provide SUD services to adult clients at the Harvey MAR location.
Counselor will preferably provide face to face services, but can utilize telehealth as needed.
Establish a positive and professional working relationship with the Markham Court House and staff, in order to facilitate referrals in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and appropriate documentation of services provided to clients.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (40 hrs./wk.)

Pay Rate:
$36,000 - $46,000; based on experience and certifications

Required Experience:

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma / GED
required; Experience in/with substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and/or community relations
encouraged to apply.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC)
required, or able to obtain within allotted time of hire date.

Pay:
$36, $46,000.00 per year
