Description

As an Application Manager CRM (m/w/d) at Unite, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our CRM system in Dakota City. You will work together with the departments to find solutions to support and automate the digitization of business processes, as well as customer and supplier communication.

This is your job

Take responsibility: Together with the Application Service team and Unite IT, you ensure the smooth operation of the BSI Customer Suite and the integration of data from our existing systems
Think analytically: You identify and understand the needs of our users and other stakeholders, and translate them into functional requirements
Act connected: As the interface between our departments, IT, and our service provider, you bring together the different requirements for the CRM in a long-term roadmap
Work process-oriented: You optimize processes and increase efficiency in business operations by using the BSI Customer Suite
