JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- _

  • TALENT MANAGEMENT_
  • Work with Restaurant Management to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment process; oversee onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding
  • Implement and manage consistent performance appraisal processes throughout the Group
  • Administer all mandatory and discretionary training and development programs.
  • Implement and monitor corrective action processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics, including compliance documentation, hiring status, performance management, training, employee satisfaction, etc.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies; maintain and distribute Employee Handbook.

  • BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION_
  • Manage open and ongoing enrollment/termination process
  • Perform monthly healthcare billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in the annual Benefits review and propose plans to Management

  • COMPLIANCE_:
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including administering and maintaining required employee certifications.
  • Promote health and safety in the workplace by adhering to OSHA standards along with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary liaison with outside Employment Law, legal counsel, and Benefits firms.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR Administration, business, or similar
  • SHRM Certification or SHRM Certification in process
  • 23 years of benefits administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflictresolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Systems, preferably Paycom; basic understanding of interface with the pointofsale system and payroll system. Knowledge of Paycom and Toast (or similar) is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Annual compensation commensurate with experience; bonus opportunity
  • Healthcare insurance paid 50%; vision and dental insurance paid 100%

Work From Home: 1 day per week
